we get justice finally - yes, we won!

finally after 4 months of anger, stress, mix feeling of law, anger, stress and lotsa anger, i'm proud to say, WE WON THE CASE! it is a fundamental breach of contract. only law can make people like tony tan c.w.(from titan) admit his mistake & accept the verdict from the judge . his act has been totally irresponsible & unjustifiable! never, never go to titan (at 582 balestier rd) for house reno.

there is justice in singapore & im so glad we got it. we're glad all is over... it has been a long fight but onion agree it's all worth it... onionboy did all the presentations & wasted much of his time thinking of the case. both of us went through loads of stress, all becos of this irresponsible contractor.

if we've accepted the breach of contract, we'll be giving in to offenders! justice prevailed... :)

the wall is down - but we wasn't inform

yes, tony hacked the wall without informing us. it's really depressing for me because he didn't do what we asked him to. such a simple task to inform us on the date of hacking! we just want to be there... :( worst is, he didn't even admit his mistake! and kept asking us what do we want now? Arghhh... his behaviour is so childish!

i'll strongly advise anyone who's keen on taking titan, NOT to engage them. he is such an irresponsible contractor. terrible! anybody know if i can sue him for not informing?

• only managed to take this on 25th july nite, when we went to check on the partition painting.

• see for yourself': the damages left at our house (these are only part of it)
the irresponsible id left all these at our house and left! can't believe he is the boss of titan.
opposite walls & parquet skirtings are all damaged... where are the protection? one word: inexperienced.

new start, new ID

yesterday our new ID, tony tan, came to our cottage to do an on-site measurement. haha... but i'm not sure about his company name, it does sound abit tacky. i don't have the 3D drawings with me yet.
