meeting at 9.50pm

when we step into our cottage at 9.30pm yesterday, we had a pleasant surprise! as promised, eugene sent his electrician to work on the lightings. the 1st point is relocate the kitchen switch to outside. see, the tiles are still intact!
eugene came around 9.50pm, all the way from pasir ris. he needs us to confirm on the brick material so that he can proceed to order and do up by this week. hehe... our dream of having a brick wall is finally coming true!

i hope eugene will continue with the good works. we really appreciate his help in rushing the renovation for us, even after titan creative breach the contract. eugene manage to give us a time line with a short notice and when we told him we need to move in by september, he took the initiative to rush us for detailing. we're impressed...

after a week, our sub-con, closetrobe, came to do up our MBR closet. it is our most favourite build-in now. i forgot to take the final product's pix, will update soon yah? i can only say, it's so nice~~ they rectify every single concern we have till it's perfect, and on the spot. that is what we call service! unlike titan. i think i'll be complaining for a few weeks or even months about the irresponsible contractor. bear with me please...

we had our partition board done up on saturday morning. 2 guys came around 10am and finish up by 2pm. it has to be up before the painting comes in. so this is it, preview of our 7ft closet.

cleaning up

On 29th may, we bought mcgriddles (yes, again! coz miffy love that!) and reach our unit around 9.50am. Eugene (from closetrobe, www.closetrobe.com.sg) is supposed to drop by at 10am to measure our wardrobe. While waiting for him, we did some cleaning and sweeping of the rice & salt that was sprinkle on wednesday.

He made some measurements but still recommend that we build our wardrobe beside our bed, covering the air-con window. Luckily onionboy stop him in time. Anyway, it's confirm that we'll be doing a 7ft wardrobe near our MBR's door. Yuppie! Can't wait to see the final product. He say earliest to see the configuration is next week. Update again then.

We brought our cute sofa & mini table, and it just looks like we can move in anytime!! :D
