we get justice finally - yes, we won!

finally after 4 months of anger, stress, mix feeling of law, anger, stress and lotsa anger, i'm proud to say, WE WON THE CASE! it is a fundamental breach of contract. only law can make people like tony tan c.w.(from titan) admit his mistake & accept the verdict from the judge . his act has been totally irresponsible & unjustifiable! never, never go to titan (at 582 balestier rd) for house reno.

there is justice in singapore & im so glad we got it. we're glad all is over... it has been a long fight but onion agree it's all worth it... onionboy did all the presentations & wasted much of his time thinking of the case. both of us went through loads of stress, all becos of this irresponsible contractor.

if we've accepted the breach of contract, we'll be giving in to offenders! justice prevailed... :)

3D sketch

after all the phone calls and smses, we finally got our 2nd 3D sketch. the 1st sketch is so bad that i don't even feel like looking at them! ok, anyway, this is not final. tony's attitude changed quite a bit after we sign the contract. he's not as helpful, he doesn't give solution. yah, he is a contractor to me now, not ID. but that's ok. we prefer asking him to do what we want because we don't trust his design anymore. how much can you trust a contractor right? our mind is set, we're still going ahead with him since we paid the deposit. he throws us question, we'll find the answer and when everything is done, he'll realise how useless he it. we don't mind having to decide on the smallest thing. it's our cottage! btw, all your suggestions and comments are welcome. :)
